This is a website dedicated to helping people achieve a balance in their life through a healthy lifestyle. I firmly believe that when you start taking care of yourself, through what you eat, exercise, and by always maintaining a positive attitude it carries on to every other aspect of your life. Being consistent in a meal plan, having a diverse exercise routine, or just always trying to look at the good side of life is important in success because eventually we will fall into temptation. " It is not about how fall but about how get back up again." So keeping a positive attitude and believing in yourself is essential because your mind dictates any action or contraction of your muscles so ultimately YOU are in control. Not your stomach but you! When people put you down tell them Thank You! Thank you? Yes! Thank You because they have just given you another reason to succeed! Don't look at the bad side of things but at the good so you can turn it around and use that as your motivation; as your fuel to keep the engine running. Even though they might not believe in you I believe you! You should believe in you because you don't know your limits! You stop yourself from achieving them! You only know your limits until you have reached them and every time your body adapts and your limits expand! In actuality you set the limits! Don't think I can't! Think I can't YET! 
Once you develop a strong will power in your eating habits, you don't miss a workout, and you really work on moving forward and not backtracking it carries on to everything you do. Suddenly you work with enthusiasm, you take pride in what you do, and you give thanks for every breath! For every new day is a day of change! We can change the world together one day at a time! I invite you to start changing the world through your example to stand up for what you believe in, to always maintain a good moral attitude, to get rid of the negative things in your life, to uphold what is right, to move forward and to contribute to human society!
Its time to take action for far too long we have been dormant and know its time to WAKE UP! To move, to show that your are still alive and kicking harder than ever because time keeps going and never stops so savor the moment! ACKNOWLEDGE your past, EMBRACE your Present, and PREPARE for your Future! " If you live in the past your life is history!"
