"The path to a healthier tommorow!"
The mind can't be overlooked when trying to achieve a change in lifestyle from whatever lifestyle you are living to a healthy lifestyle and to really achieve your goals whether it be weight loss, better health, vitality, or just your well being. We need to associate healthy foods with positive thoughts to reinforce in our mind that we are doing the right thing. We are living for our futures and not in the moment because I assure you even though donuts look good and taste good they aren't good for you!

You must believe that you can achieve. When we enter into a routine or a meal plan the problem is we believe this is only temporary and that you will sooner or later get off this meal plan or whatever fad diet you are pursuing. Living a healthy lifestyle is a change for good it doesn't mean you can't indulge in foods you like from time to time but it means that every time you do fall of the horse you have enough will power to get right back on and really believe you can overcome the temptations when it isn't your day to cheat.

We must make it a habit eat healthy, to live healthy, and to be healthy. This can only be achieved through commitment and this is where the power of mind really comes into play. We can stick to anything we truly want to but if we don't think that a certain meal plan isn't significant we just won't do it for long. I ask your though is your health not significant? Is the health of those around you not significant?

Your health of course is significant to you...I would imagine. When I asked if the health of others around you mattered to you I was referring to your example and how actions speak louder than words. By living a healthy lifestyle you must get it into your head that you are being an example for others to follow in your footsteps. you are that average Joe or Judi that made a change a stuck with it and paved the path for other to follow!

So remember you must train your mind as much as your body because no muscle will move without your mind telling it to move. You are in control and only you can take take those steps to a better life one full of activities, positive thoughts, smiles, and progress. Everyday we wake up we are given another chance to reassess our goals and to either FAiL or to SUCCEED because what we do today determines how we will be tommorow!
