Since we live a sedentary lifestyle with our lives revolved around a computer and with more and more chronic obesity cases in the United States than ever before we must adhere and understand that not all exercises are created equal. One exercise will work for a person while it might hurt somebody else. I mean alot of people imitate the big guys in the gym and try to do what they are doing without even evaluating their own strength, extensibility, and most importantly their technique. People have to start slow since know than ever people aren't use to working out and are more prone to musclskeletal injuries; muscle tears, strains, etc. The same thing goes with asking advise from a licensed nutritionist, or dietician. One of the biggest problems for personal trainers is trying to go over all the lies we are fed daily through media thinking that a pill will change our bodies. Supplements are factors that aid but if you aren't careful and don't consult a doctor before taking these supplements you might be asking for a liver problems, kidney problems, or even death in some cases. So speak to your physician be smart and realize that no supplement will ever replace a healthy lifestyle which would be a balanced meal plan, maintaining correct posture at all times, and exercising.
