In today's society we are plagued with several different type of degenerative diseases like diabetes, heart disease, cancer, and so forth. Many of these diseases are preventable but once the disease grabs hold we do what we can to fight but our bodies never fully recover. The main cause of this is malnutrition, we are a society that is being overfed and undernourished.
