For: A better you!!
Living for a better you is exactly what it is. It's
for you. I'm not here to sell you a product. I believe in a healthy lifestyle
down to my very core. My goal with "Living For A Better You" is to
help you realize the life you could be leading if you only made healthy
choices. A healthy lifestyle is a choice! It's up to you to make the choice to
either do well or to do badly.
Exercising and eating healthy is not a hobby, but an
obligation to ourselves. Your body is a temple, and a temple is a sacred place.
We need to treat ourselves better, what are the downsides? Let's see, if you
start to exercise every day you'll gain more muscle definition, healthy lungs,
a healthier heart, and a better attitude with the endorphins being released, a
higher self esteem for yourself, and probably get some better sleep at night.
If you start to eat healthy along with your exercising there are all kinds of
health benefits. Examples being better eye sight, again a lower body fat
percentage, stronger joints, tendons, and ligaments, good metabolism, maybe
even a better skin complection. Like I said, the benefits are almost endless.
So basically there are no downsides! You have nothing to lose and everything to
gain!
