Diets don't work period! You might succeed in losing some fat quickly but really succeeding in losing the weight and keeping it off is the key and the whole point why people do diets! You see the first problem with diets is the actual word diet and how we associate it with just for the time being. You can't just want to take care of yourself when you have already gained 50 pounds do a fad diet lose the 50 again then gain back 60 in a span of a year! That is just unhealthy for your body it actually damages your body more than just being overweight would affect you!
Living a healthy lifestyle and making healthy choices everyday is the only way! You see when I say living a healthy lifestyle you are no longer enslaved by the negative thoughts associated with diets. People see the word diet as a restriction from all the so called "good stuff." You know that stuff that taste good but isn't good for you like donuts and other foods that come along with heart disease, higher risks of stroke, diabetes, and the list is endless! Once you incorporate a healthy lifestyle you are making healthy choices to improve your quality of life you are not making a temporary change but a permanent!
The only real way to lose the weight and keep it off would be to live a healthy lifestyle so get rid of the word diet first of and start making healthy choices not based on what taste good but what is good for you! There are many healthy choices that come with both you just need to find what is good for you!
