A balanced meal plan is the core to losing weight, boosting energy, and improving your overall quality of life! Nobody really adheres to all there meal plans but I am going to let you in a secret! You only need to do 90% of it right to see dramatic results but consistency is the key you see!
We need to balance our daily intake and work with what we have! We all know that to either lose weight you must eat about 1500 calories a day and to gain weight 2500 calories a day! Know if you do a low carb or high carb meal plan or high protein no fat, you are straying away from the idea of a balance know there aren't any exact measurments to these things and really what worked amazing for one person won't do the same for you so find your own way. Mix it up with what you eat and enjoy a good side of veggies, fruits, and maybe some nuts for protein.
The whole point is for you to get these three essential things in your body because each an every one have thier own uses like fat that helps with homeostasis, and protects the vital organs. Carbs that are the fuel for all the vital organs including the brain which basically only works off of carbs. Then we have proteing which is basically amino acid strands connected with peptide bonds that give us essential amino acids like tryptophan which helps the serotonin from the veggies be used to stabilize the chemicals in the brain.
So a balanced meal plan is essential for overall vitality, brain chemistry, muscle recuperation, bone density, and most importantly a healthy heart! Take care of what you have today because one thing that we are certain about is the change will never change but everything else will and that our actions have reactions!
