I know you have heard this before or even thought about this. You
probably go to the gym and right afterword's you see your favorite
burger place and you go hey I worked out know time to feed the monster
right! Well wrong! No matter what your friends tell you or what you
have heard no exercise will ever beat the fat burning power of having a
balanced meal plan!
You see how I refer to my meal plan as an actual meal plan and not a
diet that is unpractical and can't be done for much time like most fad
diets. 80% of losing weight comes from what you eat, and when you eat,
and in reality you can't train hard, eat bad, and expect results that
is just unrealistic.
Lets say I get on a eliptical and I go as fast as I can for three
minutes sprinting at a 11mph pace all the while a friend of mine has a
bigmac burger next to me. Once I have reached those three minutes,
finding it hard to breath, at a quick pace, with my legs burning I look
up to see the calorie count and I have only burned 42 calories all the
while my friend just ate 900 calories.
Moral of the story is that when you have said you have tried everything
out there it is because you have tried all the ways not to lose weight
and keep it off! We try to find ways around eating healthy because we
want our sweets, or our burgers but why don't you want to hold on to
your health! In conclusion you can't out train a bad diet, a balanced
meal plan is essential for your success in weight loss, cholesterol,
trygliceride control, or just improving general performance. Since when
has been taking care of yourself ever gone out style, its not only the
right thing, but a good thing for you so jump on that horse and if you
do fall of pick yourself right back up again! "We fall so we can get
back up again!"
