Living a healthy lifestyle!

There has been recent studies conducted by Morris White, PhD who works at the Children's Hospital in Boston and Harvard Medical School. In these studies he tells what we already know but choose not to do which is that living a healthy lifestyle even if your not in the best shape ever helps you live longer. Living a healthy entails that we eat healthy, exercise, and just adhere to healthy habits. Which goes back to what our mother use to say eat healthy and exercise if you want live long. Like most the time our mothers were indeed correct!
This study was published in the journal Science, and this research doesn't tell us that fad diets, or yo-yo dieting is healthy. There have been several different studies that have shown that losing weight and putting it back through fad diets that we can only do no more than a month because it demands so much from is affects us more than if we were just overweight! People you have to be realistic you can't really do these diets for the rest of your life and once you are off of them your going to gain the wieght right back just as quickly!
That is why living a healthy lifestyle is really the only way we can get the weight and keep it off! You get what you deserve and if you have been neglecting your healthy and eating away your emotions or eating for comfort you are going to gain weight! In today's society we are plauged by people who are misinformed and believe they know how to eat or how to exercise but actuallity are just going by what the other guy said. You have to really ask a qualified doctor or nutritionst and he will the exact same thing and you will hear this for years on and have heard your whole life.
Starting with your mother, your father, your P.E. coach when you were young, and know by me but this can either stick or you can just not even pay attention. Even when people know this they will still go out and by that Magical Pill that doesn't exist or won't work unless you eat right!
In conclusion if you want to live longer; live a healthy lifestyle, even though it might tough at times you can do it! If millions of other have done why can't you? What is the difference between the other guy, you, or me? We are all the same and our bodies have a certain design and going the design trying to cheat will always come back and bite you in the butt! For know train hard, eat right, visualize, and believe you can achieve!
