The Keys to Aging Well

In this world, where it seems everyone is searching for eternal youth, a number of older people have found the secret to aging well. In a way, it is magic, but the magic that is required lives within the person whose facial features and body display a youthful appearance. Aging well does not necessary come from eating well or completing a series of daily exercise, it comes from the inside of a person; it’s attitude, the ability to laugh, the joy of living, the love that a person holds for their married partner and their children. It's a combination of all of the above and then some.

A great many people arise from their night's sleep and may say a prayer in hopes that the day will go well. A great many people are learning from the old saying “The world is your oyster.” For example, a man who had always wanted to be an author wrote two best-selling books at age 96. The body may age, but if the mind is young, it will reflect in the way the person walks and acts.

A great many people move to the coast and take up sailing; they may even put together the Bucket List. Men and women are not just moving to Florida to walk through the mall, waiting to die; they are learning all kinds of new things. The world has changed, not just for the young, but for all kinds of people. Computers have opened all kinds of new frontiers, from building a business on the Internet to taking college courses, and it seems as if, with the right attitude, nothing is stopping the older person from living and learning something new each and every day.
