The Key to burning the fat!

The key to burning the fat is simple burn more calories than consumed and you will lose fat. The law of thermodynamics states if we burn more calories than we eat we will lose weight so nutrition is the key. Eighty percent of our weight loss comes from our diets and twenty percent from our exercise.

We have heard this time and time again yet we believe that with a magical pill we will lose the weight which is false. Supplements are meant to aid in the process but BEWARE! There are supplements that don't work so get a reliable source (nutritionist, physician, or somebody qualified). Though  multivitamin multi-mineral is essential if you don't get enough vitamins from your meal plan.

Eat every 4 hours so spread your meals from 2-3 to 4-6 but with the same amount of food getting vegetables with protein in every meal. The vegetable protein mix will be essential for satiety, boost in energy, and overall health.

Set realistic goals and be CONSISTENT! Be consistent with your meal plan and with your exercise routine. Know if you have some muscle skeletal injury (strain, tear, etc) get a personal trainer and ask him why he gives those certain exercises and if he can't answer to your satisfaction change trainers.
